I don’t know as much about Deadpool, but the Married with Children reference works well with Harley.
Deadpool was created as a snark at Deathstrike and he was so popular he is one of the few characters that can carry a constant Solo. He’s insane like the Joker but not psychotic. So yeah, perfect fit for Harley. 🙂
