ComicBookMovie – Tollin/Robbins Productions  Settles SMALLVILLE Lawsuit With Warner Brothers
Of course I would think WB would want to keep the show on their network, they have the rights to the material. Though, granted, WB has put things on other networks, such as Fringe on FOX. I wonder if Smallville would have done any better on a larger Network, in reality, I don’t think so, and that could have ended it much quicker.
