Review: X-Treme X-Men #4
#3 was kinda bland, but we pick back up with the quirkiness in #4 with a bit of a steam-punk vibe. Not quite as funny as the first couple of issues but definitely an improvement off the third.
The thing with this issue is that it feels like a regular story. Not overly gimmicky or anything like that. It’s a solid construct with some interesting twists and no one character is too annoying or underused.
Basically, we’re getting back on track with this comic after a little slump. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next.
